Job description:

Technician – Fault find & Repairs, Shop counter sales, Basic admin functions + Personal assistant to the Managing Member.

Employment:

1 Month initiation contract then 3 Month work contract which could lead to 6 - 12 month extended contract or permanent employment.

Ideal for trainee technicians that has an A+ certification and now needs hands-on training. Successful candidates will be trained in computer fault-find and repair services, set-up & tweak procedures, client service & support functions, shop and counter sales, administration services, LAN & WAN networking and VOIP.

Type of person required:

We are looking for applicants that is serious about a career path in the IT filed. You must have a love for computers and technology, and must have an ability to learn and grasp technical concepts fast but also be intuitive and have a “can do” attitude. Only dedicated and trustworthy persons to apply for this position.

Job training:

On the job training will be provided to extend your existing A+ knowledge. You will receive on-hands experience in technical fault-finding, computer Set-up & tweak procedures, network set-up & installation procedures, wireless LAN and WAN set-up as well as PABX VOIP implementation, customer relations, basic admin and telephone manner and much more will also form part of your training.

Remuneration:

We offer a basic trainee salary for the beginners, once qualified and offered a 3 Month work contract, we offer a larger incentive. Once the 3 Month contract is over trainees may be offered an extended 6 - 12 Month contract with commission incentive and/ or performance bonuses. This position may also lead to permanent employment.
