PHOENIX™ FOM Fibre-Optic Management System

Designed and manufactured by Datakey - The Phoenix™ Fibre Optic management (FOM) system is the "all in one" solution for fibre optic cable installers! The Phoenix™ FOM was designed by Datakey Communication Systems to fit in any 1U or 110mm high splice tray / box or patch panel.

The FOM "Kit" provides the installer with two star platforms that each holds 4 x "Low profile - ring clips" in place for winding the fibre and pigtail cable. The star platform allows for fibre and pigtail slack to be safely stored inside the splice tray / box and conforms to fibre bending radius safety standards. Each FOM "Kit" also provides the installer with two types of fibre splice protector management clips. The clips hold most heat-shrink and 3M™ Fibre-lock™ splice protectors securely in place.

To complete the FOM system we also include a cable gland, self tapping screws, cable ties, double sided tape and a fibre optic warning label. The product is manufactured from Nylon polymer and comes in an attractive blue. The Phoenix FOM system was designed to accommodate up to 48 fibres and splice protector management.
