- You may shop
online 24 - 7 - 365 days of the year,
- Our office hours are:

- We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

1. Order Processing: Orders will be processed within
2 - 4 working days subject to:
- Availability of stock,
- ROE (Rate Of Exchange),
- Receipt of valid on-line order,
- Confirmation of Credit / Debit Card or,
- EFT (Electronic Find Transfer)
payment.
Notice:
- It takes 2 to 3 days to confirm
payment from other SA Banks to Standard Bank
SA. (This exclude weekends and public
holidays).
Non SA Credit Cards:
When
paying with a Master or Visa Credit Card
not registered in South Africa, then we
reserve the following rights to confirm
ownership and legitimacy of the
transaction as follows;
- We will
require a clear readable scanned
copy of both sides of your Master or
Visa Credit Card,
- We will
require a clear readable scanned copy of
your Identification Document or
Passport verifying the name on the
Credit Card,
- We will
require a clear readable scanned copy of
your RSA residential Water & Lights
Account or
- We will
require a clear readable scanned copy of
your rental agreement contract with your
name and that of the landlord details on
it.
- We will
require verifiable landline and mobile
contact numbers.
Kindly
Note: In the event that a payment
was made with a foreign Master or Visa
Credit Card and we have received the funds,
we still retain the right to withhold
delivery of goods or a refund to the Card
until such time as the above mentioned
criteria have been met in full.
These
additional measures when dealing with
foreign registered Credit Cards are deemed
necessary to ensure that we do not become
victims of a fraudulent transaction that at
a later date may lead to loss of income and
goods when we have to refund the monies to
reinstate funds to a wronged party.
2. Delivery Policy: Once the
payment has been confirmed, (or authenticity
of ownership of foreign card payments have
been confirmed), goods will be
shipped to your shipping address as per your
shipping instructions below:

The following
DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) terms
conditions will apply:
- To reserve your goods you must
complete your transaction and
payment online,
- DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) will
inform you via E-mail when the goods
are ready for collection,
- No shipping cost will be
charged,
- A handling fee of 6% will be
charged to reserve stock,
- You may collect in person or
send a courier to collect,
- You must provide DRZ (Datakey
Reseller Zone) with a written
instructions, who will collect and
when the collection will take place,
- Written notifications is to be
E-mailed or faxed to DRZ (Datakey
Reseller Zone),
- Goods will only be released on
confirmation of payment via Credit
Card or EFT (Electronic Fund
Transfer) transaction.

The following DRZ (Datakey Reseller
Zone) conditions will apply:
Datakey is a registered VAT Vendor with
SARS (South African Revenue Services)
All goods prices on the DRZ (Datakey
Reseller Zone) is shown excluding VAT,
VAT will be calculated at the final
checkout point,
VAT is issued against the cost of the
goods, the handling, and shipping fees,
A TAX INVOICE will be provided with the
goods purchased and delivered from DRZ
(Datakey Reseller Zone).

The provision of goods and services by Datakey
is subject to availability. In the case of good
being unavailable, DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) will get in contact with
the client to make alternative arrangements or
arrange for a backorder on the goods to be
shipped as soon as stock is available. If the
client opt not to be placed on backorder the
DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) will refund the client in full within 30
days. Cancellation of orders by the client will
attract a 20% administration fee, this does not
apply for orders cancelled when stock is not
available.

Items may be returned for refund or replacement
subject to manufacturer and/or DRZ (Datakey
Reseller Zone) conditions.
The following DRZ
(Datakey Reseller Zone) conditions will
apply:
- You must provide us a valid reason
and description of the problem in
writing via E-mail or Fax to DRZ
(Datakey Reseller Zone),
- All products must be returned in
original condition including packaging,
documentation, warranty cards, manuals,
and accessories,
- Software and consumables are
non-refundable unless returned unopened
in their original packaging with
documentation,
- Certain hardware items and all
custom/special orders may only be
returned for replacement and not for
refund,
- All returns must be shipped freight,
prepaid, and for your account,
- Any returns found to be non-defective are
subject to a restocking fee of 20%,
- All non
product related fees (handling, shipping,
transaction and insurance) are not
refundable,
- If unopened goods must be returned within
7
days of receiving it,
- Goods returned are subject to
evaluated and scrutinised by the DRZ
(Datakey Reseller Zone) technical
service centre and/or by the suppliers
technical service centre,
- Electrical, surge or physical
damaged goods will not be refunded,
replaced or credited as this does not
form part of the manufactures warranty
agreements,
- All product returns must have a
Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
issued by DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone).

DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard
Credit an SA Debit Cards or by EFT (Electronic
Bank Transfer) into the DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) bank account, the
details of which will be provided on transaction
confirmation or by written request.

All Credit Card and
Debit Card transactions will be transacted for DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the
approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of
South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of
encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3).
No credit card details are stored on the PayGate
or DRZ
websites.
In addition to
PayGate and 3D secure, we also use PayProtector Online,
this system is linked with hundreds of PayGate vendors
and bank database systems. All transactions are screened by PayProtector's Online service and High Risk (potentially fraudulent) transactions will be
automatically blocked by the system.

is blocked and you are not sure what the reason
may be, then contact us immediately via E-mail
at so that we may
investigate the reason for the block on your
transaction.)

Client details will be stored by DRZ (Datakey
Reseller Zone)
separately from card details which are entered
by the client on PayGate™s secure site. For more

DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone), "The merchant" outlet country at the time of
presenting payment options to the cardholder is
South Africa. Transaction Currency is South
African Rand (ZAR).

DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) takes responsibility for all aspects
relating to the transaction including sale of
goods and services sold on this website, client
service and support, dispute resolution and
delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South
Africa and DRZ (Datakey Reseller Zone) chooses as its domicilium
citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court
process, notice, or other documents or
communication of whatsoever nature.
