. Datakey provides a remote access service via a secure internet connection. For minor software set-up problems, E-mail problems, software driver installation problems or even virus and malware related problems. We can assist you in most cases via the internet from our remote server, connecting directly to you business or home computer system. We are able to connect to any computer system anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection available as well.

To make use of our remote service we require a R250.00 deposit into our bank account, call us for the information. R250 buys you 1 half hour of support over the internet, we then charge an additional amount of R150.00 per half hour thereafter.

In most cases we are able to solve the problem within the first half hour, if the problem is of a more serious nature that cannot be remotely fixed, we will telephonically inform you and make alternative arrangements with you. This service could save you a lot of time and effort in sending your system into a workshop for repairs, especially if the problem is minor. Give us a try and save!
